HOW TO EAT AN ELEPHANT? – TACKLING DEMENTIA TOGETHER

We welcome carers, professionals and volunteers to join us for our Dementia Partnership Event where we aim to bring together people involved in dementia to enable them to start making a real change in the way they work together for the benefit of all.

We will also have various information stands from dementia support services and a buffet lunch will be provided.
