Eat Well for Less

Provisional Dates and Venues – Each session will run from 11.00 – 2.00

  • January 24th Talbot House (Full)
  • February 7th Manchester Carers Centre
  • March 7th Wythenshawe Forum
  • April 18th Talbot House
  • May 9th Manchester Carers Centre
  • June 13th Wythenshawe Forum
  • July 11th Talbot House
  • August 15th Manchester Carers Centre
  • September 5th Wythenshawe Forum
  • October 31st Talbot House
  • November 7th Manchester Carers Centre
  • December 5th Wythenshawe Forum

These workshops will be delivered by Duncan Swainsbury from Bounceback Food and are a follow on to the successful pilot held at Talbot House last year.

Carers who attend these workshops will have the opportunity to cook a number of meals whilst gaining knowledge of how to cook healthy food on a budget.
