Sara Radcliffe

Sara has over 20 years NHS experience, most of which spent at Director level, leading large scale system wide transformational change programmes in providing and commissioning organisations.  This is complimented by 8 years of freelance management consultancy work. These roles have meant both the formulation of strategic direction and the implementation of highly complex systems across a wide range of sectors; working with councils, the third sector, primary, community, acute and specialist health care services.  As well as Manchester Carers Forum Sara holds a further two Charity Trustee Board positions with Halton CAB and the Pankhurst Trust including Manchester Women’s Aid.

Sara’s professional interest, and most recent experience, has centred on whole system integrated health and social care design, leading to sustainable transformation.  This includes supporting individuals, teams and multi-agency partnerships in the change management, planning and implementation process.  Sara has facilitated new ways of working across health and social care sectors creating responsive, effective services and cultural change.
